Q: Time is speeding up. I don’t really have time to do anything. Do you have any advice?
A: When consciousness moves faster, it appears that time moves faster, too. You can take your consciousness beyond the bounds of time, and where it’s the great void, where it’s always slow. You can be in the time of Earth. When you need a rest, take yourself in meditation to these higher places beyond time where all parts of your spirit can rest. Then you don’t need to plan so much, because then when you drop back into time, things handle themselves more easily. The times you should meditate more is when you don’t have time to meditate. [laughter] Because it, more than anything else, changes your relationship to time. Time is one of those things that masters can change. Do not let time be your jail. For so many of you, what you think about the most is time. “I don’t have time,” “I do have time,” “What time is it?” “How much time do I have to get this done?” Time has taken an extraordinarily important role in your life. Know that the feelings of love are timeless. When you are in love, you are in timelessness. When you are in appreciation and gratitude, you’re in timelessness. So if you feel too busy, it’s probably that you lost touch with your meditation, your spiritual side, and with appreciation.
