FAQ - Online Classes

3 ways to join the Zoom Meeting

You can find your Zoom link in several places:

  1. User Dashboard under the Meetings Tab
  2. Order Information Email with the subject line: Your Center for Creative Consciousness order is now complete
  3. Zoom Registration Confirmation. You will be automatically registered and receive an email upon purchase for all on-line classes. Note: You can use this method even if our website is down.

Emails you will receive

Upon Purchase of a ONLINE Zoom Class you will receive 3 separate emails:

  • Order Information Email with the subject line: Your Center for Creative Consciousness order is now complete.

This email contains:

    • Meeting details and Join via App Link
    • Links to any Class Pages or Downloadable media
    • Link back to the Help Page

Order Infromation Email

  • Receipt from our credit card processor titled: Transaction Receipt from Center for Creative Consciousness.  
    • This shows detail of your credit card payment
  • Confirmation Email from Zoom with the Class Name as the subject line.

This email contains:

    • Dates and Times in Mountain timezone
    • Meeting ID and Passcode
    • Large Join Meeting button
    • Dial-in information
    • Calendar links

If you purchased a previously RECORDED class you will receive 2 emails:

  • Order Information Email with the subject line: Your Center for Creative Consciousness order is now complete.

This email contains:

    • Links to the Zoom Recordings
    • Links to any Class Pages or Downloadable media
    • Link back to the Help Page

If you do not see this in your inbox. Please check your Junk folders and add the email addresses to your contacts or safe senders list.

Where is the Class Page?

You can find the 'new' class page in your user account under the Meetings Tab > View Meetings Detail

Since the Class details, zoom link, and recordings are ALL available in your User Dashboard these are no longer included on the Class Page.

Consents and Copyrights

Zoom meetings will be live-streamed and recorded. Recordings will be made available to all who purchase this class. By joining the meeting, you consent to be recorded. If you would like you can turn off your video and/or audio.

These recordings are the intellectual property of Jonette Crowley and the Center for Creative Consciousness. Materials, recordings, or processes cannot be shared without prior approval. We reserve the right to use the recording, including images and chats, for marketing and commerce purposes.

FAQ - Class Recordings

Where can I find the recordings?

Depending on the date of the Zoom event, recordings can be found in your User Account under:

  1. "Zoom Recordings" tab (2021 - present)
  2. "Download & Links" tab via link to Private Class Page (2019-2021)
  3. "Downloads & Links" tab for audio .MP3 download

The page may need some extra time to load all recordings - it will show "loading" under meeting ID. You can sort and search for recordings.

Note: Expiration date dates vary by product. Please make sure to download all recordings you wish to keep, before the links expire!

Expiration Dates

Expiration dates vary according to product, we have consistently increased the amount of time that these products are available. It is advised that you download the recordings as soon as they are released as access to the links is restricted at expiration.

Why do I need to download the recordings?

You are purchasing downloadable products thus you are responsible for downloading recordings to your computer prior to the Expiration Date.

As a courtesy, we provide the ability to recordings on our website, however, due to the fast pace of technological changes we Cannot Guarantee Indefinite Access.

I don't have a computer. Can I download to my phone or tablet?

Due to Apple restrictions, you might not be able to download the Audio files directly to a mobile device. However, newer iPhones have that ability. Please refer to the instructions below.
For older devices, the alternative is to download a file to some cloud service (like Dropbox, Google, iCloud..).

Can I share the recordings with others?

All the recordings are the intellectual property of Jonette Crowley and the Center for Creative Consciousness. Recordings may not be reproduced, shared, or uploaded to other online environments without explicit written consent.

If you know someone that might be interested in any of our classes, please send them a link to our store. We have established a not-for-profit entity to provide scholarships to offset the cost of most of our classes. A link to the application can be found at the bottom of our website.

FAQ - Transcripts

How do I get my transcripts? (Starting in 2022)

Effective February 2022 your transcript PDFs will be added directly to your User Account.

You can find these downloads in your User Account under the Downloads & Link tab. The links titled "Placeholder for Class" will be replaced with that class transcript as soon as the PDFs are available.

Why are "Placeholder" links on my Order Confirmation email?

If you purchased the class before it started, you will see download links in your order confirmation email titled "Placeholder for Class." We must set these up in advance to be able to later replace them with the PDFs in your Account Dashboard once they are available.

Note that the links in your email will not change when the Class PDFs are added to your account. Usually, the Transcripts are available one week after the class.

If you purchased the product during or after the end of class some or all of the links will be active with PDFs attached. The active links will be Titled with the Class Name and Number.

Where are my transcripts? (2021 and prior)

Prior to 2022, the Transcript links were accessed from the Private Class Page. The password and links to this page can be found in the User Account under Downloads & Links or Order Information Email.

Expiration Dates

The links to your transcripts are subject to an expiration date at which time they will be removed from your Account Dashboard.  To ensure ongoing access please download them to your personal computer or cloud drive.
