Deep Recalibration
November was ‘A Deep Restructuring,’ with things peeling away, falling apart. As we move into the energies of December, we’re feeling a ‘Cosmic Pause.’ The nights are longer. There's more of an in-breath, more of an inward movement. I invite you to use this time to recalibrate back to your inner self.
Slow Down
Yes, there's shopping and planning and parties, but please take time to harmonize with the cosmic pause that happens now. This is the time when nature withdraws and stores its energy. Allow more sleep, less doing and less craziness. Your consciousness has a need to focus inside. December is a very ‘Yin’ time, feminine quiet, that space before birth. Please honor that-- take naps, hunker in, read books. Don’t always try to be accomplishing something. Be in step with this in-breath, this cosmic pause right now. You’re called into a deep, inner recalibration with the flows of natural rhythm instead of the rhythm of technology or AI.
Take out the Trash
This is a time where density begins to clear away. Be conscious again. Allow things to peel away. I call this a time for ‘taking out the trash” before the New Year starts.
I have a story from the 1980s when White Eagle was first coming to me. It relates to the idea of “taking out the trash.” I went out for a run and felt a huge, heavy energetic weight ‘fall’ out of my aura… like a cannonball dropping from my energy field. I could hardly wait to get back home to ask my new friend, White Eagle, what was the thing I just released? I wanted so much to analyze my breakthrough. His channeled answer: “Move away so you don’t step in it again.”
Do you see that we can't even let go of what we let go of? We want to micromanage and see what exactly we’re leaving behind. So, remember this month to ‘take out the trash,’ but don't sort it first. Just get rid of things that are heavy, including emotions and old containers that you've put yourself into.
This is the ‘Cosmic Pause’-- opening your beingness to pure joy, wonder and love. This month our consciousness begins to reset.
Ashtatara Channeling: A Soft Awakening
I would like to read from a recent MARK 13th dimension course-- the Threshold of Super-Consciousness. As a surprise, instead of MARK coming in at first, the goddess Ashtatara showed up. She is the awakened goddess who had been sleeping for thousands of years. Please close your eyes and listen to her words about the times we are in:
“I am Ashtatara, reminding you of your great awakening of powers that have slept since the beginning of time. You are invited outside of time to find again the immortal powers of your being. There's a crescendo now that you can't hear; but your inner tuning fork can feel this breaking open, this crescendo of all frequencies, all vibrations at once. Replant yourself in your body now.
Replant the disembodied you. The ‘you’ that you've disowned, is ready now. You are ready now.
“You often think of ‘you’ awakening. What is now, is that your awakening is awakening ‘you.’
“Open to all the fields of possibilities…possibilities without structure, without cause. Blessed ones, invite yourselves to be reconfigured. Feel this universe as endless bubbles of being. Each one you. But different than the ‘you’ you knew.
“You have asked for a ‘soft awakening’ for yourself and the world. And because of the consciousness work you are all doing, it WILL be a soft awakening.
“Expand to share this softness out to the cosmos. Your awakening has many transition points as your old filters fly away. Keep yourself open to all light, all possibilities. Your face focused forward; for the future and the past will take care of themselves, as you expand in the only time there is: the NOW. The Now.
“I invite you to feel as if a million magnets are moving and spinning around your body and your light body with infinite wisdom. They readjust your magnetism in infinitely complex ways, no longer just north and south; positive and negative.
“This re-magnetization is a very important key for your health and your growth. (This is often one of the first steps in teleportation: to unmagnetize yourself from north and south, to re-magnetizing everything at all levels of your being.)
“I invite you to come back to your body without reconstituting your permanent north - south magnetic structure, but keeping open this re-magnetized self. This is a key to bringing physicality into the higher dimensions. Shalom.“
MARK: REMOVING CATASTROPHIC OVERLAYS
Now I’ll read from the same MARK class, so you can really feel the energies that we're experiencing in this Threshold 13th dimension of Super-Consciousness. It has implications in every part of your personal life, and every part of our collective life.
You are on a spiritual path. You're open to miracles that aren't expected. I invite you to be with the energies now as I read MARK's channeling about removing ‘Catastrophic Overlays.’
“Bravo, this is MARK. With Ashtatara's help you have opened one of the heavier doors in your process of awakening.
“By now, you are understanding that awakening is not a single door or a single path. When true awakening happens, there are a zillion doors and a zillion paths, and all of them happening all at the same time, and all of them beyond time.
“This requires a re-calibration of you. You have been in singularity for so long, that you are rusty in your multi-dimensional awareness. These classes and these dimensions have brought you along to a place of spectacular possibilities. As Ashtatara said, it is a ‘soft awakening.’ That hasn't always been the destiny for humanity. There were fears that your awakening would require catastrophe. It will not.
“There are still many thought forms that hold catastrophe as part of the plot. We invite you to join us now to ‘un-catastrophize’ the narrative that has been fed to humanity in order for humanity to be subservient. The fear of catastrophe has been implanted in your incarnational stream with the remembrances of the destruction of Atlantis, and other worlds. Today, with the re-magnetization that Ashtatara has offered you, our job is to remove the catastrophic overlays that have been active in the human memory. We will do this now.
“Move into the space of your heart, unlimited by your body. It is the heart space of all. Your internal heart is a hologram of the space of love. Savor and strengthen this feeling now. Remove all thinking that is not of love from your mind… Think of the people you love, the beings you love, the nature you love…Let that feeling become your magic carpet to love itself.
“Move out from love that is directional, into multi-directional, multi-focused, seamless, all-inclusive love. Find that ‘you’ easily disappear. This love is beyond energy.
“The imprint of these catastrophes began as an energetic imprint. But then the energetic imprint moved into the fabric of consciousness itself, even beyond energy and frequency. Please ask your soul to take you to love beyond energy and beyond frequency; which means beyond the 3D universe. Travel there now, as love, in love, toward love. (It may feel like brilliant light, because that's how your senses understand energy and frequency.)
“Imagine this space now decommissioning all memories of catastrophes and of worlds ending; then replace the catastrophic imprints with this space of LOVE.
“You don't need to know how to do it. You just intend. You'll find that your being shifts out of doing anything or trying to recognize that anything is being done. You find yourself expanded and holy.
“You are demagnetizing these situations, removing them from the magnetic field of physicality.
Yet we can't explain how it's done, because it's only done by your intention, your presence here.
“Imagine now that the darkness, the fear of disaster, the guilt of disaster, is leaving your body, your field, the field of your consciousness, and the field of the collective consciousness.
“Do you feel lighter, less oppressed, less compressed? Less magnetized into a good/bad, right/wrong dichotomy? Open your beingness to pure joy, wonder and love.
“It is much more than a glass ceiling you have broken out of. Thank you, this is MARK.”
