The heat is on.
Here is our October consciousness update. I’ve been in New Hampshire, participating in the Grandmother’s Medicine Hoop of Life ceremony, which we do twice a year. The energies I share today are imbued with the hope and peace that the native Grandmothers have held for centuries. These ancient traditions have been passed down from Grandmother to Grandmother. We gather to anchor the energies of peace, awakening, and transformation. I’m sharing this consciousness update so that you can connect with the energy we’re anchoring and make it accessible to your hearts, wherever you may be.
Let’s dive into October. Last month, we referred to it as a “Hard Reset”, akin to when your computer becomes unresponsive, and you have to shut it down and wait for a reboot. This month is a “Call to Detox”. The frequencies are rising, and so it’s crucial for us to pause, purify, and cleanse away the old programs that no longer serve us or our future.
Finding Balance
The energies of October began with late September’s equinox, symbolizing balance. And we are now in the time of Libra, the scales, urging us to find balance within ourselves. My spirit guide, MARK, is currently conducting a course in his 12th Dimension series, called: ‘Purification’, emphasizing the need to cleanse ourselves at all levels during this period.
Purification
On the 14th of October, we will experience an annular solar eclipse, often referred to as a “ring of fire” eclipse, where the moon partially covers the sun, forming a ring. This eclipse serves as a portal of purification. It’s as though our souls are being drawn through this fiery portal, where the impurities within us are burned away, just like an alchemist refining metal until the gold separates from the dross.
Choosing your identity
As we go through this purification process, we may initially become more aware of all the chaos and darkness around us, and it may seem overwhelming. However, it’s essential to remember that these impurities have always existed; we simply couldn’t see them as clearly as we do now. The heat and purification process reveal them to us. The key is to choose where we place our identity – amidst the chaos or within our newfound purity.
Becoming conscious creators
Think of this “ring of fire” burning away all the impurities, allowing us to pass through the portal that is created inside the ring. My suggestion is to detach your inner self from the external chaos. We have been unconscious and reactive, mirroring the external chaos within ourselves. Now, it’s our opportunity to become conscious creators, holding the vibrations of peace, joy, love, kindness, light, and hope inside us.
As we strengthen these qualities within, we stop mirroring chaos because we are no longer unconscious responders. Our internal, higher self, composed of light, grows stronger and begins to exert its positive influence on the world around us. External changes emerge from the growing stillness within each of us.
Detox tips
During this detox period, I recommend starting with a 21-day Soul Body Fusion® challenge. Even if you can only spare five minutes a day, it can be transformative. Additionally, consider aligning yourself with the Earth’s electromagnetic field by lying with your head facing north for 15 minutes and then south for another 15 minutes. This simple practice can bring you inner harmony and clarity.
Consciously detox from media and choose what you want to allow into your life. Pay attention to your diet and consider making changes to eliminate what feels heavy in your body. As the frequencies accelerate, they support shedding what no longer serves you. Holding onto heaviness will slow your progress in these accelerating times.
Seeds of Light
In my personal sessions with clients, I’ve witnessed profound growth. I call it the “Seeds of Light”. These are pure white light energies that are now ready to enter our hearts as we become receptive. They radiate light, magnetically drawing peace, happiness, abundance, and positivity into our lives while repelling toxicity.
Challenges and Opportunities
The Grandmothers’ prophecies tell us that there will still be challenges ahead as we continue to purify. It’s all part of the process. Use this time to identify with what is clean and pure within you. Find that quiet space where you can create the life you long for.
