A New ‘Jacob’s Ladder’ of Upliftment
The topic this month is Ascending our Consciousness. But let's look back to last month—July—when the theme was Emergence. In the last week of July, especially around July 25 (the Mayan calendar’s "day out of time" and the Leo new moon), many of us experienced strong, transformative energies. If you reflect on that time, you might have noticed that you felt a major reset, prompted by these unexpected, emerging energies.
August is about pivoting from that reset toward ascension.
The 12th and 13th Dimensions
I have been channeling MARK—a quantum guide, who is pure energy and doesn’t exist as a being—for 35 years. Much of our work has centered on the first 12 dimensions. Focusing recently on the 12th dimension, where the keys and codes of awakening reside. Now, the 13th dimension—a realm beyond space and time, that I call Super Consciousness—is filtering into our world. We find ourselves living in two realities simultaneously: one rooted in traditional space-time, and a new one anchored in consciousness outside linear boundaries. This can feel destabilizing, so it's important to be gentle with yourself, spend time in nature, and meditate to navigate this challenging birthing period.
Experiences of Super Consciousness
The influx of higher dimensional energy allows us to transcend our limited sense of self and begin to realize that our consciousness exists everywhere. There’s a difference between intellectually knowing “I am everywhere” and directly experiencing it—even if briefly. This month’s journey is about anchoring that realization, as we step outside old norms.
August Energies: Lion's Gate and Beyond
This August is marked by potent astrological portals. The Lion’s Gate on August 8 (8/8) is a cosmic opening linked with power, infinity, and balance. It’s a time to receive star codes, connect to higher dimensions, and ground those energies. Later in the month, August 22, the so-called Awakening of the Heart of the Lion occurs as the star Regulus, known as one of the Royal stars, comes into position. The energies of Leo—strength, bravery, confidence—are especially pronounced, supporting our consciousness expansion.
Timeline Shifts and Nonlinear Expansion
Teachers are talking about shifting timelines, but MARK has offered a clarifying perspective: “What feels like time speeding up is really our expanding ability to access information beyond time. This is not simply a timeline split, but a broadening of individual consciousness—an ongoing nonlinear dimensional expansion. This process is leading to breakdowns not only in our bodies but also in social, governmental, and economic systems built on outdated paradigms. What will arise in their place are more egalitarian, loving, and connected structures.”
Star Lineages and Remembering
MARK emphasizes that humanity did not “fall” but simply forgot its origins—a necessary forgetting. Humanity carries DNA from many star systems, some of which lost their heart and loving essence. Our ascension uplifts not only us but entire lineages of star cultures. This month, look up to the stars and recognize them as family. Our unique heart and compassion are crucial to the evolution in love for many stellar races.
Challenge Your Perceptions
You are invited to use this period to examine your perceptual filters—the ways you see reality. Are you stuck in dualistic thinking or self-limiting beliefs? These beliefs are not reality, but blinders. The energies now support questioning and releasing these old filters to move forward.
Energy Work: Opening the Back of the Heart
A key piece of ascending your consciousness is to open not just the front, but the back of your heart, which is often closed due to past hurts. By shining love and light into these areas, you can release ancestral burdens and past life issues. I offer a brief energy transmission from White Eagle and MARK to help activate this process. Stay grounded even as energy intensifies and focus on this experience of wholeness and remembering.
Jacob’s Ladder: A Two-Way Ascension
Think of this time as the activation of a modern Jacob’s Ladder—not just angels descending, but your higher, nonphysical self meeting your ascending physical consciousness. There’s a current of energy both rising and descending, building a stairway of light and connecting you to unprecedented frequencies. Stay focused on the Light and don’t get distracted by external turmoil.
