Our Multi-Dimensionality: 'MARK' gives us Keys to Unlock our Subconscious
Our subconscious, that deep, dark basement where our traumas and shadows are locked away. In it lurks our saboteur, those patterns and trigger points we know are there but can't reach them in order to change them. We've done our personality work, our spiritual growth, but those infantile responses from our subconscious still snare us and bring us to our knees. At least this has been my experience… that is until last Monday.
I've been channeling 'MARK'— a cosmic consciousness who only exists in relationship to our need for knowledge, for nearly 30 years. He never ceases to bring through new levels of mastery for us to try. That's precisely why I've been channeling him in weekly classes for so long. His teachings are extraordinary, experiential, and always, always on the leading edge of expanded consciousness!
The 7 Rings of Destiny
A few weeks ago we began our ‘Treasures from Beyond Part III—AWAKENING!’ course. We're playing with what 'MARK' calls the 9th Dimension where we experience our multi-dimensional nature and learn to open our awareness to multiple simultaneous realities and anything not limited by space/time. 'MARK' told us that in this class we will be working with the ‘7 Rings of Destiny.’ First and foremost he introduced us to the 1st Ring—the ‘Ring of Truth’—which stimulates truth out into the open.
'MARK' led us on a meditation process that began in our hearts and allowed us access to our subconscious! It is as if we found a frequency in ourselves that opens the locked doors of that deep, dark place of shadows and repressed emotions that have become part of our cellular memory. With 'MARK's guidance, we addressed those shadows, releasing what we could, bringing them into the light of our expanded awareness. We worked with clearing the subconscious emotions and patterns from our cells and from areas where they may compromise our health. He then held the space for us to try it on our own and suggested we do this subconscious maintenance often, at least monthly.
Forgive it, Heal it, Clear it
It all makes sense that our subconscious is just a dimension of ourselves that we were not awakened to before. How empowering and healing it will be to have our awareness able to go there! 'MARK' explained that emotions are stored there if they can't be processed at the time. So we’ll encounter old fears or wounds that may have been there since we were children. Now with our life experience and wisdom, we can release this old stuck energy. Our subconscious is very primitive. It operates on fear and protection. As we flood it with our higher dimensional awareness and our heart’s light it can finally become clear and we can continue our growth without being held back by that which we couldn’t reach. How cool is that?
