Retreat Itinerary

Arrival in Paphos, Cyprus
Fly directly into Paphos, or into Larnaca (and catch a shuttle 1.5 hours) to our exquisite beach hotel—the Almyra in the charming and historical seaside town of Paphos.
Group welcome dinner.
Sanctuary of Aphrodite and the Tomb of the Kings
We have a beautiful morning immersed in the energy of the goddess at the temple complex where Aphrodite arrived when she rose from the sea. A UNESCO World Heritage site mentioned in the Odyssey was a sacred place of pilgrimage. We find the appropriate spot for our first meditation, a deep connection with the divine feminine within us and the world.
You have free time for lunch on your own at the colorful Paphos wharf. In the afternoon, we visit the ‘Tombs of the Kings, ’ a UNESCO World Heritage Site of monumental underground tombs carved out of solid rock dating back to ancient Greek and Roman times.
Breakfast Included. Evening is free to stroll, dine and enjoy the waterfront.
Drive To our Retreat Hotel, Workshop Begins
After checking out of our Paphos resort, we drive nearly an hour to the Akamas Peninsula nature area, first visiting the quaint fishing village of Latchi for lunch on your own. Fresh fish, anyone?
Check into the Aphrodite Beach Hotel. Where you will fall in love with our spiritual sister Gregoria, who owns the hotel. Our Soul Retreat with Jonette begins with a session from 2:30 pm-6:30 pm /14:30-18:30h.

Soul Retreat Workshop
Soul Retreat Workshop with Jonette. Enjoy lunch at the hotel and a refreshing swim in the warm Mediterranean waters, walk, or do some yoga on the terrace before our late afternoon session.
Morning Session 9:30 am-1:00 pm/ 09:30-13:00h; Afternoon Session 4:00 pm-7:00 pm/ 16:00-19:00h.

Aphrodite Baths and Cave of the Dragon
We have an early start to visit the nearby Aphrodite Baths, where we begin our day with a personal cleansing ceremony. We then hike around this magical nature preserve, giving us the true experience of a Mediterranean island. Our walk is a pilgrimage, releasing what no longer serves us and opening to what is next for our Soul. Our goal is the ruins of an old monastery in this ancient forest.
After emerging from our hike, we are refreshed by a typical lunch in a local restaurant looking down to the sea. We then head to a special place Jonette discovered—the Cave of the Dragon to see what insights and powers we are ready for now.
Dinner on your own. Check out the colorful port town of Latchi nearby, famous for its incredibly fresh seafood restaurants and, according to Jonette, the very best gelato in the world🍦!

Blue Lagoon Boat Trip and Snorkeling, Afternoon/Evening Workshop
Our treat today is a soul connection with the sea. We depart from the pier at Latchi at 10:30 am and head to the Blue Lagoon to enjoy snorkeling and swimming in the turquoise waters.
We return to our hotel for our Soul Retreat workshop. Afternoon Session 3:00 pm- 6:30 pm/ 15:00-18:00h; Evening Sessions 8:30 pm-10:00 pm/ 20:30-22:00h.

Workshop and Ceremony
It is indeed an honor to celebrate on the island that gave rise to Aphrodite, the goddess of love, beauty, pleasure, and passion, identified with the planet Venus. This is the culmination of what we came here for. We offer our dreams to the essence of Love. Our Soul is refreshed in a way that is beyond words and beyond time.

Our time together ends with a ceremony followed by our group Farewell Dinner at our now beloved Aphrodite Beach Hotel.
