Retreat Itinerary

Day 1: Fri, Nov 3 @ noon

Opening and Medicine Wheel

Check into the Arroyo Pinyon Hotel, then meet at Jonette’s home.

Set your intentions for our retreat at a Buddhist stupa, and a sacred medicine wheel,
Opening hike to connect to Mother Earth,
Sunset at the Airport vista vortex,
Welcome barbecue at Jonette's (dinner included).

Day 2: Sat, Nov 4 @ 10 am

Power Places Tour & Sound Healing plus Soul Body Fusion^®

Peter Sterling, an award-winning harpist, will introduce us to the geology of the land, taking us to some of his favorite energy sites. He’ll bring his harp for sound healing.

Lunch at the magical Chocolate Tree (included),
Afternoon Soul Body Fusion^® introduction and deepening at Jonette’s house,
5:30 Amazing UFO tour with night vision goggles guided by a rocket scientist/ contactee.

Day 3: Sun, Nov 5 @ 8 am

Power Spots Hike, Yoga, Optional Sweat Lodge

Morning hike to several spectacular red rock power spots

We’ll experience Soul Body Fusion^® out in nature, bringing in the feminine powers of Earth and Goddess,
Afternoon Yoga at Awakenings Sedona,
Evening free or optional sweat lodge at 6:30 ($75 for this amazing experience with shaman Rahelio).

Day 4: Mon, Nov 6 @ 10 am

Massage, Soul Body Fusion^®, Channeling, Dinner & Music

Find yourself and fall in love with yourself again.

Morning massage at Namti Spa,
Lunchtime free (no group lunch planned),
Afternoon Soul Body Fusion^®, channeling and coaching at Jonette’s home,
A fun evening with an early dinner in Uptown (dinner cost not included),
Evening Flamenco music at the beautiful Tlaquepaque Center from about 5:30 - 7:00 pm.

Day 5: Tues, Nov 7 @ 6 am

Cathedral Rock vortex hike/climb, Celebration Dinner

A magical sunrise climb up the iconic Cathedral Rock power vortex to see and feel the feminine dragon ley line of Mother Earth.

This climb invites you to test your limits and give flight to your highest visions. It feels like graduation to a new level in every way!
An afternoon together has several options: Anasazi sites or lunch in the funky mining town of Jerome,
Celebration dinner at Sedona’s best Italian restaurant (self-pay),
Hot tub under the stars at Jonette’s home.

Day 6: Wed, Nov 8 @ 9-11 am

Closing ceremony at Jonette's Home

We meet at Jonette’s to reflect on the deep inner changes our time together on this sacred land has given us. Your silence is more accessible, as is your wisdom. You have walked through your next passage as a spiritual woman in today’s world.

Find parts of yourself you didn’t know you had lost.. Together we hold the door open for those unknown to follow...

Class Venue:

This is high season in Sedona with spectacular weather, so we’ll be outside as much as possible. The venue, when not outside, at yoga, or restaurant dining will be at Jonette’s West Sedona townhome. Her patio is surrounded by nature with views of Thunder Mountain.

Arroyo Pinion Hotel, 5 nights:

The Arroyo Pinion is a boutique hotel in West Sedona within walking distance to Jonette’s townhome. Book your room on the Hotel Website: ArroyoPinion.com

The hotel has a pool, hot tub and includes a grab & go breakfast. It is within walking distance to the Crepery, Layla’s Bakery, the Local Juicery and several crystal shops.

Since it is high season in Sedona, we advise you to book your room in time to receive better rates.

Transportation:

Fly into Flagstaff (only 45 minutes away but limited flights), or Phoenix, more flights, better prices, but further away. Book a Groome shuttle from PHX (about $60) each way or rent a car. Transportation around Sedona and the hiking sites is not included. Once we know our participants you’ll communicate with each other to be sure there are 2 cars between the group, so that you can share the cost. Jonette’s house is within walking distance of the hotel.

Zoom Meeting:

A pre-retreat gathering to get acquainted, ask questions and set intentions. On Friday, October 20th at Noon MDT. The meeting links can be found in your order information email, Zoom confirmation or your User Dashboard.
